Q: What happens if I must hop, skip, or entirely cancel my curious ceremony?

Well now, should the winds change and your plans start doing a dizzy little dance, you are most welcome to reschedule your private ceremony! All we ask is a proper bit of notice, 14 days, to be exact, and, of course, that there’s still a teatime open on our side of the calendar.

Now, if you must cancel entirely, oh, what a shame, we’ll absolutely do our best to return your coins. But here’s the tricky bit, some of them may already be spent! You see, we begin making arrangements right away: booking the charming little hideaway, planning travel by broom, hat, or highway, and those things, curious as they are, don’t always come with refunds. So, while we’ll return what we can, anything already poured into preparations may be lost to the mists of time, and non-refundable reservations.

Reschedules? Yes, with 14 days’ notice and an open teacup on the calendar.
Cancellations? Refunds only for what hasn’t already gone into the making of your magic.
